KLARNA FAQ'S

Welcome to our Klarna FAQ! Here’s everything you need to know about using Klarna at LinkedUK.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a popular payment method that lets you shop now and pay later. It offers flexible payment options so you can spread the cost over time, rather than paying all upfront.

Which Klarna payment options do you offer?

At LinkedUK, we support:

  • Pay in 3 / Pay in 4: Split your purchase into 3 or 4 equal installments.

  • Pay Later (30 days): Get the product now, pay within 30 days.

  • Financing options: Longer-term payment plans (if available in your area and at your checkout).

Exact options may depend on your region and order amount.

How do I pay with Klarna at LinkedUK?

  1. Add the items you wish to buy to your cart.

  2. Go to Checkout.

  3. Select Klarna among the payment methods.

  4. Choose the Klarna plan that works best for you (Pay in 3 / 4, Pay Later, etc.).

  5. Complete the order by confirming the payment plan.

Is there any interest or extra fee?

  • For Pay in 3 / 4 or Pay Later (30 days) options, there’s usually no interest, as long as you pay within the agreed period.

  • If you miss payments or go past the due date, Klarna may charge late fees or interest—these depend on Klarna’s terms for your country.

What happens if I can’t make a payment on time?

If a payment is missed:

  • Klarna will notify you.

  • You may incur late fees or interest, according to Klarna’s policy in your region.

  • Your credit score might be affected, depending on the service you used and local regulations.

We recommend contacting Klarna directly ASAP if you foresee any payment issues.

Can I return items bought with Klarna?

Yes — LinkedUK’s standard returns policy applies.

  • Initiate a return with us as usual.

  • Once we confirm the return, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly.

  • If you have already paid some installments, Klarna typically refunds those.

  • Any outstanding or upcoming payments may be cancelled or adjusted.

If you’re unsure how this works in your case, contact our customer service or Klarna.

Do I need to be approved to use Klarna?

Yes. Klarna will perform a quick credit check (soft check) to determine your eligibility. This doesn’t affect your credit score.

How do I see my Klarna payment schedule and manage payments?

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email from Klarna with your payment schedule.

  • You can also download/use the Klarna app (or visit Klarna’s website) to see your orders, upcoming payments, payment history, due dates, etc.

Is it safe to use Klarna?

Yes. Klarna is a trusted service used by millions of shoppers and retailers. It uses strong security measures to protect your payment and personal information.

Are there minimum or maximum amounts for Klarna?

Yes. Klarna sets limits for the minimum and maximum order value for each payment option. These limits can depend on:

  • Your country / region

  • Your Klarna history (your creditworthiness)

  • The total amount of your purchase

If an order doesn’t meet the criteria, some payment options may not appear.
